The Lord has risen – video edit incoming

31 07 2019

Early this year we learned that Dyno was making a comeback as a 29er ….and not only that, said 29er was going to be a Dave Voelker signature model.

Hot damn, one of my favorite riders from bitd back in the limelight and this time…on big wheels.

And now, Dave’s back with a new edit….and it’s so good!

It starts off with some classic footage of Dave going BIG….it’s almost like a highlight real from his biggest BMX hits. From there it segues into some superfun big wheel shenanigans…complete with the classic Voelker footplant.

Check it out:

It’s good to see Lord Voelker back.

The Lord has risen….Praise the Lord!

A new Stolen 29 sounds just fine

20 11 2018

Stolen Bikes dropped a little teaser the other day regarding a new bike they have in the works.

The image was a bit cloudy…but the hashtag #29 was a bit more definitive.

Looks the  Saint XLT 24 and the Zeke XLT 26 are gonna have a 29″ big brother!

No word yet on specs, geo or release dates…but my interest has definitely been piqued.

More rippin’ on the Big Ripper

30 12 2013

Peter “Pdog” Ulbrich last caught our attention when he dropped a web edit featuring him bowl riding on a Big Ripper.

Well, he’s back again and taking his Big Ripper to the street, the track, the skatepark and just about everywhere else.

pdog freestyles his 29er

If you think a 29er is just for jumping curbs and cruising, this edit will change your mind.

Bowl riding on a Big Ripper

10 12 2013

Now I’ve seen everything.

The last time we caught up with Peter Ulbrich he was shredding a race track in a decidedly non racer-like manner (see This is where things go off the chain).

Now he’s back for a little skatepark/bowl riding on a 29″ wheel SE Big Ripper.

Yes, you read that right.

An SE Big Ripper.

With 29″ wheels.

Oh Man….
