Truth BMX gets street with new 26″

28 07 2016

Truth BMX have established themselves as an up-and-coming race brand with a full lineup of race-ready frames and components, including the eye-catching Main Event 24.

Now, with their strong race reputation intact, Truth BMX is turning their sights to the streets.

With race bikes being so purpose-specific these days, many riders opt to have a second bike to keep their race rides from getting thrashed when they’re out getting wild in the streets (or steezy at the trails).

It’s that line of thinking that brought about Truth BMX’s street lineup.

Of particular interest to us however is this street lineup includes a 26″ frame!

Truth 26 side

Available in red, blue and black; the “Silver Spring” frames are full cromoly and feature double-butted top and bottom tubes.

Other notables? How about removable brake mounts and clearance for 2.4″ tires.

  • 22″ top tube
  • 15.90″ chain stay
  • 11.81″ standover.
  • Mid bottom bracket
  • 14mm dropouts (8mm thick)

Hit up Truth BMX for the rest of the deets.

Al Cayne peeps the Truth Main Event 24

12 07 2016

Last summer we got the scoop on an up-and-coming BMX company called Truth BMX .

Based out of Maryland and run by two brothers, Eric and Tony Spears, the company was quickly making a name for themselves in the race scene.

What initially caught our eye back then were their cool looking 24″ race frames.

Well, it appears they caught the attention of Al Cayne as well.

At the recent Stars & Stripes National, Cayne caught up with Eric Spears to do a bike check of Eric’s built up Truth Main Event Pro XL 24.

Looks like Cayne is ready to embrace the Truth too!

Check it.
