Tomorrow, March 15, Severin films is releasing the cult classic, BMX Bandits, on DVD and Blu-Ray.
It features a young Nicole Kidman at the start of her career.
Little did she know it would be her most important role to date.
There’s so much old school cheesiness…it’s hard to look away.

Wonder if this will prompt the powers-that-be to finally release RAD on DVD?

I bought rad on dvd in 2004 on ebay.
Oh yeah,I have BMX Bandits on dvd too.
I found a copy at a dollar store two summers ago…judging by it’s dodgy cover I doubt it was an “official” version either.
The ones on eBay are not “official” Rad DVDs. Someone just put it on DVD. Check out all the online petitions to get it released on DVD. That being said, I got one as a gift and the quality was pretty good.
Yea, my copy of rad is pretty high quality too. I think it was dubbed off of some Canadian cable channel or something. This summer is the 25 year anniversary of Rad!!! They are doing an event in Cochran Canada where it was filmed. Would be so bad ass to go.

Bootlegs for sure but quality is not bad,beats the VHS version.
Not to keep taking away from Nicole, cause I know she is getting pissed, but I have Rad on my phone. That way when somebody I know hasn’t seen it I make them at least watch the intro at the Upland park and the paper delivery route…haha. Classic!!

BMX Bandits was one of the first things i recorded when i got cable and a DVR. it came up in a search for BMX. It in SD tho.
